I'm finally back with a recipe! :)
This one is for the most moist, chewy and delicious banana bread you've ever tasted. It's great for breakfast and is ready in an hour! Here's the recipe:
Ingredients:
1 cup bananas (ripe, mashed with a potato masher, DON'T USE A MIXER!)
1 3/4 cup all purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter, room temp
1/4 cup sour cream
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Grease loaf pan. (9 x 5)
3. Combine all dry ingredients, except sugar.
4. Mix butter and sugar together with fork until smooth.
5. Mix together pureed bananas, vanilla, lemon juice, eggs and butter-sugar mixture.
6. Combine banana mixture with dry ingredients mix.
7. Fold in sour cream.
8. Bake for 60 minutes.
